Terms and Conditions

By accessing this website and booking a stay at Kampung Kamboja, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Reservations & Payments

  • Booking: All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or deposit.
  • Currency: All rates are quoted in [USD] unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment: Full payment is typically required upon check-in or as specified during the booking process.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made [e.g., 7 days] prior to arrival are free of charge.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within [e.g., 3 days] of arrival will incur a charge of the first night’s stay.
  • No-Show: In the event of a no-show, the total cost of the reservation will be charged.

3. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: From 2:00 PM (14:00). Early check-in is subject to availability.
  • Check-out: By 12:00 PM (Noon). Late check-outs may incur additional fees.
  • Identification: A valid passport (with visa for international travelers) or National ID is required for all guests upon arrival.

4. House Rules

  • Non-Smoking: All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
  • Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property [unless otherwise agreed in writing].
  • Events: No private parties or professional photoshoots are allowed without prior written consent from management.
  • Conduct: We reserve the right to evict any guest who engages in illegal activities or behavior that disturbs the peace of other guests.

5. Liability

  • Kampung Kamboja is not responsible for the loss of money, jewelry, or valuables. In-room safes are provided for your convenience.
  • We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from events beyond our control (Force Majeure).

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cambodian courts.
